Pinecrest Bakery opened in Miami in December 2012, founded by the Valdes and Rodriguez families with roots in Little Havana. The 24-hour Cuban-American bakery chain has grown to many locations across South Florida and is known for pastelitos, croquetas, Cuban sandwiches and strong Cuban coffee.
